Industrialization
Support industrialization activities for new products, product evolutions, and process changes.
Define and structure scalable methodologies, templates, standards, dashboards, and operating tools.
Build and maintain industrialization and supply chain readiness roadmaps.
Coordinate ramp-up preparation between Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Suppliers.
Support the definition of the supply chain architecture aligned with industrial strategy and production maturity.
Establish and monitor industrial readiness, supplier readiness, and ramp-up convergence indicators.
Supply Chain, Logistics & Supplier Readiness
Define supply strategies, stock policies, replenishment logic, and material flow principles.
Analyze risks linked to ramp-up, long lead-time items, supplier maturity, capacity constraints, logistics limitations, and mono-sourcing.
Coordinate supplier readiness and participate in supplier audits.
Design internal logistics flows in collaboration with the team and overall strategy
Digital Tools & Data
Support ERP setup and parameterization
Contribute to the implementation of industrial processes and workflows within ERP/MES/PLM environments.
Develop or improve simple operational tools, reporting systems, and data models supporting industrial and supply activities.
Support digital and Industry 4.0 initiatives when needed.
Job requirements
🛸 Background and Skills
Understanding of MRP/ERP, production planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
Experience creating MBOMs, manufacturing routings, station load calculations, takt time, buffer sizing, and learning curve analysis.
Experience in industrial, process, operations, or manufacturing engineering, ideally with prototype or development products.
Good level in statistics, data analysis, and simple cost/benefit evaluations.
Ability to build clear presentation charts and dashboards (Power BI or similar).
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and basic continuous improvement tools.
Experience with supplier coordination and industrial performance monitoring appreciated.
Experience with PLM and ERP
Qualification
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
8–10+ years of experience in industrial fields, with previous experiences in supply chain, logistics engineering, or manufacturing operations, preferably aerospace or automotive,
Autonomous, proactive attitude towards resolution of problems
Team player with the ability to collaborate with people from different teams, disciplines and cultures
Project management experience, including coordination of multiple stakeholders, planning, risk management, and delivery commitments
Mastering of ERP
Fluent in both French and English
CPIM (APICS / ASCM) certification or equivalent strongly preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent strongly preferred
The Company has offices in Paris and industrial/test facilities in Vernon (Normandie).
Business travels are common between those locations, as well as to Kourou (French Guyana) at a later stage.
