Guidance and Control Engineer

Inside MaiaSpace development teams you will join the GNC team that develops the GNC algorithms for all the flight phases, develops the Flight Engineering Simulator, contributes to the Flight Software validation and qualification and performs the GNC part of mission preparation process in production phase.  

In this perimeter your responsibilities will include: 

• Contribution to mission preparation process for dedicated industrial missions 

• Contribution to Guidance and Control tuning during boosted phases 

• Contribution to performance validation on FES simulator 

• Contribution to code generation  

• Contribution to validation on HIL platform 

• Contribution to post flight exploitation 

🛸Specific Skills & Know-how

• Solid competencies in Launcher Guidance and/or Control algorithms  

• Code generation 

• Validation process 

• Proficiency in programming languages (Matlab, Simulink, C/C++, Python, Java, Xml, ...). 

• Good level of English 

• Team spirit, sharing and solidarity 

• Curiosity, Adaptation 

• Pragmatism 

• Rigor and precision 

🎓Qualification: 

• Generalist engineer, specialization in Guidance and Control. 

• Level : 3-5 years’ experience in Guidance and/or Control development, implementation, validation or production phases.
