  • Contribution to the preparation of MaiaSpace's business plan and participation in presentations to executive leadership and shareholders, with a particular focus on cost modelling and performance assumptions

  • Environmental impact assessment (life cycle analysis and qualitative comparisons to support decision making processes)

  • Environmental internal awareness initiatives (eg Space Fresco)

Also, depending on company priorities and your interests, you may also contribute to selected engineering development activities linked to the preparation of MaiaSpace's first launches.

  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience

  • Strong analytical and modelling skills

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in understanding both technical and business challenges

  • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical and business topics, and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from engineering, operations, finance and leadership teams

  • Proactive and team spirit

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Python

  • Comfortable exploiting LLMs and navigating high information influx

  • Fluent in English and ability to work in an environment where most people speak French

🎬Working at MaiaSpace

You will be joining a friendly multi-disciplinary team, comprised of multi-skilled people, following Agile and Scrum methodologies. This means that your role and responsibility may evolve over time with varied assignments and challenges depending on priorities and competences. Your work will be hands-on and in close contact with the final product. We are open-minded, transparent, pragmatic, result oriented and people centric. Teamwork is at the heart of how we work together and our co-workers share the same fundamental values: respect, humility, reactivity and autonomy with a passion for technical excellence. MaiaSpace operates across three sites, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the full lifecycle of a launch vehicle. Our development offices are located in La DĂ©fense, our Vernon site hosts prototyping and testing activities, and our Kourou teams prepare future launch operations from Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana, where Maia's first flights will take place.
